Girls all want their smiles to be sweet and bright, but what should they do if there are ugly eye bags in the photos due to various reasons (Picture 1)? Is there any way to remove the annoying eye bags? It is very simple and can be easily done with Photoshop. !
1.Why do bags under the eyes linger?
In professional portrait photography (such as wedding photography), the makeup artist usually first presses the person's eye bags with powder, and then uses a professional white light source to "light" at a specific angle, making the face not only look shiny and beautiful, but also And the bags under my eyes disappeared. But these seemingly professional methods obviously cannot be applied to our daily travel photography. Since outdoor light generally shines on the face from top to bottom, it will make the bags under the eyes become very deep, just like when a person stands under the sun at noon, the shadow will be very long.
Although we don’t have a professional makeup and shooting environment, by using the stamp tool and some tips in Photoshop, we can also easily remove these annoying and "deep" dark bags under the eyes.
2. Easily remove "deep" eye bags
First use PhotoShop to open the photo we need to process.
Next, create a new blank layer (shortcut key: Ctrl+Shift+N) to apply makeup on MM.
Then, we picked up the "powder cake" (that is, the imitation stamp tool) and prepared to wipe off the dark bags under the eyes of the girl (Picture 2).
Then, we need to adjust the parameters of the clone stamp tool to turn it into a useful "powder cake". The first thing to adjust is to select the sample parameters to "All Layers", which allows us to copy the character's skin through the new blank layer. Then set the flow parameter to "50%" to make this "powder cake" easy to control (Figure 3).
Next, we have to select our new blank layer. The method is to click on the layer with the mouse. Before copying, we need to observe the skin of the character's face. In order to make the effect of removing dark eye bags more realistic, we need to select the highlighted part of the character's facial skin, such as the circled part in Figure 4. Then, we hold down the "Alt" key on the keyboard and click here with the mouse to select this place as the copy source. To simply understand, it means telling Photoshop that we need to copy the character skin from here.
Next, follow the direction of the arrow in Figure 5 and erase the character’s eye bags from left to right. And follow similar operations to erase the bags under the eyes on the right side of the character (Picture 6).
Finally, set the opacity of the new layer to "50%" to make the newly created skin look more realistic and natural, and then merge the layers.
Haha, you’re done! Look at MM’s eyes in the photo, are they more beautiful (Picture 7).
