1. Open material 1 and simply skin the character.
2. Duplicate the layer and execute on the copy: Filter > Artistic Effect > Mural. The parameters are determined according to the size of the image. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Overlay".
3. Press Ctrl + E to merge the layers downward, make another copy, and change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light".
4. Merge the layers downward and use the smear tool to process the character’s hair, facial features, and skin.
5. Cut out the picture. It is best to use a pen to cut out the characters.
6. It doesn’t matter if the hair is not fastened. The next step is to make the hair flowing and elegant. Select the application tool and apply along the direction of the hair. Be careful when applying.
7. Use the pen tool to cut out the path of the highlighted part of the hair, then right-click and select the stroke path. The color is white to make the baiseirang character look more cartoonish.
