1. First of all, we find a material to make the background. This is a material of rain splashing on the glass. Foreigners are really good at finding materials. Then add some blue components to the background. The photo filter used here is the cooling filter.
2. Enter the text, and then modify the layer style of the text layer.
First, set the Blending Options - Custom Mid Fill Opacity to 0. The purpose of this is to use text to take shapes to facilitate later loading of effects.
Then, as shown in the picture, adjust various parameters (projection, inner projection, inner glow, bevel and relief, gloss, stroke). The forgetful foreigner lost the relevant color setting information, and I had to add it myself later.
