This tutorial briefly introduces how to process the background of black background photos. The production process is relatively simple, mainly using some filter effects and simply adding some texture background, and then adjusting the color.

1. Dermabrasion: Open the original image material, press Ctrl + J to copy the background layer, and then execute on the copy: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 4, then hold down the ALt key and add a layer mask , then use a white brush, set the brush opacity to about 30%, and apply it on the dotted parts of the character's face to smooth the character's skin. The effect is as shown below.

2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, click on the channel panel, make a copy of the blue channel, and operate the blue copy. First press Ctrl + M to adjust the curve to increase the contrast. , and then use a black brush to blacken the parts other than the face. The effect is as shown in Figure 2.

3. Hold down the Ctrl key, and then click on the blue copy thumbnail in the layer panel as shown in the red circle to bring up the highlight selection.

4. Return to the layer panel and create a curve adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown in Figures 4 and 5. The effect is as shown in Figure 6. This step is mainly to enhance the texture of the character’s face.

6. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, then change the layer blending mode to "Color Dodge", change the layer opacity to: 60%, add a layer mask, and use a black brush to erase the character part Come out, the effect is as shown in Figure 10.

7. Create a brightness/contrast adjustment layer. Set the parameters as shown in Figure 11. Make sure to keep only the face of the character and erase the other parts with a black brush.
