This tutorial briefly introduces the method of converting characters into hand-painted ones. The author's production process is relatively brief, and many details are not explained in detail. It is estimated that it will not be easy for novices to get started.

1. Open the original image material, copy the background layer, and grind the skin on the character. There are many ways to grind the skin, so I won’t go into details.
2. Create a new layer and use a black brush to paint the hair black. Brush settings: opacity is 50 and flow is 60. The effect is as shown below.
3. Create a new layer, click the pen tool, set the parameters as shown below, then draw points, click on the starting point of the hair, and then click on the end, a path will appear. Hold down Ctrl and move the mouse to change the arc of the path. Click Path Selection Tool Hold down Alt to copy the path.
4. After copying the path, click the mouse anywhere so that we can draw another group. Click the right button of the mouse and select the stroke path. A dialog box will appear. We select the brush inside and check the simulate pressure to confirm.
After drawing the hair, merge the hair layers. Do not merge the task layer. Duplicate another layer, perform Gaussian blur on layer 1, and then reduce the opacity of the layer as shown.
