Effect:
1. Create a new (600x600) or open a picture, as shown in Figure 1 (the brush settings are shown in Figure 1.1, the hardness of the brush can be set by yourself)
2. Use the pen tool to create a path. The settings of the pen tool are as shown in Figure 2.1.
3. Select the Path panel and right-click to select Stroke Path
