You need to use filters to add some dreamy effects, and then adjust it to a colorful golden tone. Then color the characters individually. 1. Open the original image material, create an optional color adjustment layer, and adjust the red and green respectively. The parameter settings are as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the effect is as shown in Figure 3.

2. Create a curve adjustment layer and adjust the red and blue channels. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 4, and the effect of 5 is as Figure 6.

3. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer and adjust the cyan. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 7, and the effect is as shown in Figure 8.

4. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and execute: Filter > Artistic Effect > Painting and Smear. The parameter settings are as shown in Figure 9. After confirmation, press Ctrl + F to strengthen once. The effect is as shown in Figure 10. . The character part will be a little distorted, so ignore it for now, it will be fixed in the meeting.

5. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, and execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. The value is 5. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light". The effect is as shown in Figure 11.
