step:
1. Open the photo, press Ctrl+J to copy a layer, and set the blending mode to "Soft Light", then press Ctrl+J to copy another layer to increase the effect. (This method is a common method for processing digital photos. I have also posted tutorials before.)
2. This is fine for landscape photos, but not suitable for portrait photos. Obviously the faces of the characters are too yellow, so execute "Color Balance" to adjust the color.
3. Now let’s adjust the details of the characters. First, we create a new layer, press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E (stamp the visible layer), and use the "Dodge Tool" to smear the character's face to make it more transparent.
4. Now adjust the character's eyelashes. First create a new layer (to facilitate later adjustments), select a black brush, set the opacity to 30%, adjust the size to 1 pixel, enlarge the picture, and add eyelashes to the character.
5. The next step is to adjust the eyes. The eyes are the most expressive part, so the contrast between light and dark and the sense of layering should be increased. First use the "Polygonal Lasso Tool" to select the eyes, and then adjust the "Curve" (as shown in the picture). This adjustment can make the eyes more expressive. Don’t underestimate these detailed adjustments, which can play a big role in the final effect of the photo.
