Photoshop Radial Blur to Create Sunlight Transmission Picture (1)

This tutorial uses Radial Blur to create a sunlight transmission effect. When making, first select the highlight part of the picture, then use the blur filter to select the appropriate angle to blur, and then adjust the overall brightness and details.

1. Open the original image, execute: Select - Color Range, select Highlight, and click OK;

2. Duplicate the layer. Ctrl + J twice to duplicate the layer twice.

3. Select the top layer, execute Filter - Blur - Radial Blur, the parameters are (size 100, mode radial, best quality), as shown in the figure;
