Today, the editor is going to show you how to build a frozen castle! This is a castle covered with thick ice, blocking out the sweltering heat outside the city gate. Walking into the castle, bursts of coolness come from the ice... Are you all ready? Pick up the mouse and let’s start!
1. First use the "Magic Wand Tool" to select the sky part of the picture, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Press the Ctrl+Shift+I shortcut keys to reverse select the selection, and then press Ctrl+J twice to create "Layer 1" and "Layer 1 Copy", as shown in Figure 2.

3. Click "Copy of Layer 1" and select the [Filter]/[Blur]/[Gaussian Blur] option in the menu bar to open the "Gaussian Blur" dialog box and set the radius to "1.5" pixels, as shown in Figure 3. Show.

4. Select the [Filter]/[Stylize]/[Lighten Edge] option in the menu bar, open the "Lighten Edge" dialog box and set the "Edge Width" to 4, "Edge Brightness" to 8, and "Smoothness" ” is 5, as shown in Figure 4.
