The color mode of the sampling point can be defined through the pop-up menu on the information panel. To add a new sampling point, just click anywhere on the canvas (using the color sampler tool). Hold down the Alt key and click to remove the sampling point. Note: Only four color sampling points can be placed on a picture at most. 8. The Measure Tool [U] (Measure Tool) is very convenient for measuring distances (especially on diagonal lines). You can also use it to measure angles (like a protractor). First make sure the information panel [F8] (Window»Show Info) is visible. Select the Measure Tool [U], click and drag out a straight line, hold down the Alt key and drag out a second straight line from the node of the first line, so that the angle between the two lines and the length of the line are displayed in the information panel superior. Note: You can move the measurement line by dragging it with the measurement tool (you can also move only one node of the measurement line individually). You can delete the measurement line by dragging it outside the canvas.
