Step 1: Make a selection around the child in Photoshop.
You can use the Lasso Tool + Magic Wand Tool (can be used to adjust tolerance, add or subtract selection options) + Selection Adjustment Options Tool.

Step 2: Copy the selection content from step 1 to a new layer
Use the ctrl+J command on the background layer. The new layer has been named layer 1.
Step 3: Open the original image as a shadow.
Use your imagination and choose interesting physical images or shadows. Here we make superman shadows for children!
Step 4: Use your familiar selection tool to make a selection around Superman, which is actually cutting out the image.
Step 5: Use the move tool to drag the selection made in step 4 to the background layer of the child’s picture.
Hold down ctrl+alt while moving the mouse and dragging. The new layer will be named layer 2.
The next step that needs to be done is: Image - Rotate Canvas - Flip the Canvas Horizontally so that the direction of Superman is consistent with the direction of the child's movements.
