This tutorial focuses on the production of curved parts. First, use a pen to draw a curve path. This step is more important. The curve is relatively small and you need to be very careful to draw the path. Then add some layer styles and auxiliary light, and the glowing curve will be made. The subsequent production will be Relatively simple.
final effect
1. Create a new wallpaper-sized file such as (1024 * 768 pixels), fill the background with black, then create a new layer, and use the elliptical marquee tool to draw a perfect circle in the middle of the layer, as shown in Figure 1.
Figure 1 2. Press Ctrl + Alt + D to feather 55 pixels, then fill with color: #00A5FF, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, the effect is as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2 3. Press Ctrl + T to stretch it appropriately, and then place it under the layer. The effect is as shown in Figure 3.
Figure 3 4. Create a new layer, use the pen tool to draw a soft curve, and convert it into a selection as shown below.
Figure 4 5. Select the gradient tool, set the color as shown in Figure 5, and then pull out the gradient shown in Figure 6 from the center.

Figure 6 6. Copy the finished curve to one layer, then return to the original curve layer, double-click the layer to bring up the layer style, set the parameters as shown in Figure 7 and 8, and the effect is as shown in Figure 9.
