1. Open the background material shown in the picture below, execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 5, the effect is as shown in Figure 2.
2. Create a new layer, select the gradient tool, and set the color as shown in Figure 3. Then pull out the gradient shown in Figure 4 from bottom to top. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Lighten". The effect is as shown in Figure 5.
