1. Drag the cloud in and set its blending mode to "Multiply"
2. Use the Magic Wand Tool to select the sky on the background layer, then select layer 1 and click "Add Layer Mask"
3. Select the background layer and adjust its hue.
4. Adjust the color levels of the background layer
5. Set the color level of the "red" channel.
