The author of this tutorial did not use HDR filters during sharp processing, but the effect is very close.
The general idea: in Lab mode, use simple channel copy and paste to get certain parts of the high-definition picture, and then change the blending mode of these layers, and the photo will become clearer. Then just adjust the color a little bit.

1. Open the original image material, select the menu: Image > Mode > Lab Color, copy the background layer, and then operate on the copy.
2. Click the channel panel. Select the a channel, copy and paste it into the brightness channel (click the a channel and press Ctrl + A to select all, press Ctrl + C to copy, click the brightness channel and press Ctrl + V to paste). Click on the Lab channel and return to the Layers panel.
3. Change the blending mode of the background copy layer to "Soft Light". The effect is as shown below.
