A seemingly terrible picture can be turned into a perfect artistic photo in a few steps in the hands of a PS master. I have to admire the author's superb skills. When coloring, you need to pay attention to the overall rendering. First, adjust the background clouds to light yellow, and then render the ground and other parts. When the overall coordination is good, the effect will naturally be more outstanding.

1. Open the original image material, copy the original image one layer, create a level adjustment layer, and set the parameters as shown below to make the entire picture darker. However, in order to retain the details of the character itself, we remove the color levels of the parts except the character. wipe.
2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and then make a copy. Next, use a plug-in filter: Lucisart. If you don’t have one yet, you can search and download it online. The parameter settings are as shown below. After confirming, add a layer mask to erase the unnecessary parts.
3. Because unnecessary noise is generated, it must be removed. You can use Neat Image to do it, or you can use your own methods to remove the noise. Then stamp the layer, make another copy, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur by 3 pixels, change the blending mode to Screen, the opacity to: 33%, and adjust the hue/saturation appropriately. Try to make the eye color as gentle as possible without distortion, so that the whole picture looks hazy.
4. Next, stamp the layer and create a hue/saturation adjustment layer. The parameter settings are as shown below. The purpose is to make the colors of the entire picture brighter.
