The text effect creation in this tutorial is relatively simple. The general process: type the text you want first, and it is best to use a darker tone for the background, which can highlight the effect. Then add some layer styles and decorative brushes to the text appropriately.

1. Create a new 600 * 400 pixel file, fill the background with black, and then add white text, as shown below.
2. Merge all layers except the background, and then execute: Layer > Layer Style > Inner Shadow on the merged layer. Set the parameters as shown below.
3. Add outer glow.
4. Load the merged text layer selection, create a new layer and fill it with white. After canceling the selection, execute: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set the parameters as shown below. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light" ” and then merge the two layers.
