Mobile phone photos are more troublesome to process, especially photos of people, where there are many color blocks and noise spots on their faces and skin.
Smoothing and beautification are more difficult. A faster way to do this is to blur the photo and then fix some of the details. The result may be a little blurry, but the skin tones are very smooth.

1. Open the original image material, copy the background layer, and execute on the copy: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. The value is 4. After confirming, hold down the Alt key and click the Mask button under the Layers panel to add a mask. , and then use a white paintbrush to paint the variegated areas on the character's face and skin to smooth the character's skin.
