1. Open the Photoshop CS3 software, execute the menu: "File"/"New" (shortcut key Ctrl+N), a new dialog box will pop up, set the name: blood text effect, width: 800 pixels, height: 600 pixels, resolution: 72 pixels/inch, color mode: RGB color, 8-bit, background content: white, click the OK button after setting, as shown in Figure 1.
