This tutorial shows you how to create a speed effect. The original picture material itself has the feeling of fast driving, but the author added some flames caused by friction, and then rendered the picture orange-red. The effect feels very prominent.

1. Start Photoshop to open the original image, and then select the Clone Stamp Tool to remove the white lines in the image.
2. We increase the brightness. Here we create a new brightness and saturation adjustment layer. Set the brightness to 5 and the contrast to 56. The effect is as follows.
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+N to create a new layer, use the soft-angle brush tool, set the main diameter to 4px, set the foreground color to white, and then use the pen tool to select the wheel.
4. After setting the path, right-click the mouse and select the Stroke Path command. The settings are as shown below.
5. After that, we set the following layer style, and the effect is as follows.
6. Select the smear tool, set the soft angle, the main diameter is 30px, and the hardness is 35%. Use this tool to smear it to make the wheel produce a fire effect.
7. Create a new layer and repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 to create the train wheel effect.
8. Then repeat steps 3-7 on the rear wheels and behind the person.
