CTRL+T to transform and then fill it with white.
Then I draw a selection with the Circle Selection Tool.
Delete redundant parts
Create the outer ring, which we draw using the rounded rectangle shape tool as shown below.
Copy and delete to achieve the following results.
Then we enter the text and then flip it 60 degrees, the effect is as follows.
After creating the selection and merging it, we create a new document and paste it in.
