1. Start now, create a new canvas of 800 × 1200 size, set the foreground color to: #0e5358 and the background color to: #020d11 color.
Use the gradient tool to pull out the gradient effect as shown below:

12. Repeat step 11 to create more lines. You can adjust their shape, direction and thickness. It is best to make one line per layer, so that it is easier to move and adjust!
13. After making all the glowing lines, we hold down the Ctrl key in the layers panel, select all the line layers (you can also hold down Shift to select them all at once), and then press Alt+G to merge them into one Inside the folder, we name this folder "Line A". Next we select the "Line A" folder, right-click on it in the Coatings panel, select Copy Group, get a copy of "Line A", then rotate and place it on the upper cuff!
14. Select the Magnetic Lasso Tool (l) and select the character’s skin as shown.
