PS non-mainstream decadent effect tutorial:
1. Open the original image and use coloring to change the photo to a lighter color and reduce the saturation.
2. Copy the original image, decolorize and sharpen the copied layer, and then change the blending mode to Overlay
3. Copy the original image, remove the color, run Filter--Other--High Contrast Retention, set the blending mode to Color Burn, and set the opacity to 50%.
4. Copy the original layer, remove the color, set the blending mode to Hard Light, and set the opacity to 50%.
5. Fill the new layer with dark blue and set the blending mode to Difference (this step is optional)
6. Copy the original layer, sharpen it, set the blending mode to Overlay, and set the opacity to 80%.
Finally merge the layers and complete
