1. Create a new layer as the "top" of the icon, select the "Custom Shape" tool, and draw any symbol you like.
2. Ctrl+T to adjust the position and shape of the symbol.
3. Duplicate the "top" layer as the "middle" of the icon, hide the "top" layer at the same time, and change the fill color of the symbol to a lighter color, as shown in the picture.
4. Then press Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+Alt+T, click the "down" arrow, press Enter, and then repeat this step until you think you are satisfied with the shape.
5. Display the "Top" layer, and set the layer blending mode to "Overlay" and the layer opacity to "50%"; set the layer style to Outer Glow, the blending mode to "Lighten" and the opacity "100%", size 5px, color #FFFFFF.
