1. Create a new document and enter "IT.Com.cn" as shown in the figure.
2. Create a new layer below the "IT.com.cn" layer, and then use the "Ellipse Tool" to draw some ellipses, as shown in the picture.
3. Return to the layer of "IT.com.cn", reset the color of "IT.com.cn", and set the foreground color to white, then select the "Gradient Tool" to set the gradient effect from "white to transparent" , as shown in the figure.
