The original image material is dark and facing away from the light and shadow. The characters are basically unclear.
After brightening the photo, you will find that the characters become blurry, because the characters' faces basically have no highlights and dark tones and have basically lost their texture. When processing, it is best to make it a single color, which saves a lot of color adjustment process.

1. Open the original image material. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, set the parameters as shown in Figure 1, check the coloring option, and the effect is as shown in Figure 2.

2. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, change the layer blending mode to "Screen", change the layer opacity to: 70%, add a layer mask, and keep only Use a black paintbrush to erase the middle part and other parts, as shown in Figure 2.
