Effect comparison:
1. First enlarge the photo and use the "smudge tool" to smear the character's skin. The purpose is to make the skin color more even and look smoother, as shown in the picture.
2. Use the "Magnetic Lasso Tool" to select the character's lips, as shown in the picture.
3. Press the Ctrl+Alt+D shortcut keys to set the feathering effect on the selected area.
4. Select the "Image - Adjustment - Hue/Saturation" command in the menu bar to increase the saturation of the lip color to make the lips look brighter, as shown in the picture.
5. Use the "Sharpen Tool" to smear the character's eyes, and use the "Dodge Tool" to smear the "eye whites" of the character to make the eyes look brighter, as shown in the picture.
