1. Document/Background First create a new file in PS, and the size should be approximately 1000×600. Fill the background with black/gradient color (#2b2e2c & #1a1a1a). Now that it only looks like it has a little effect, create a new layer, place some brush shapes onto your canvas, use the gradient color you used before, and lower the opacity of this layer to 20%. So we have a good background to place our text on.
2. The text is ready, now it’s time to start writing the text. Use the Horizontal Tool (this is your normal text tool) to write some letters on your canvas, using a relatively large font and preferably bright, fun colors.

So, you need to find a good font! Check out Urban Fonts and DaFont for better free fonts. (These two websites are good places to find English fonts)
3. Text Style It’s time to add some effects to our text! Right-click the text layer on the Layers panel, go to the Blending Options, and apply the following layer style (click Settings).
1) Inner shadow
2)Gradient overlay
3) Stroke
