1. Open a picture with a width of 640 pixels and add text at the appropriate position. Note: Try not to place text in areas with pure black or white.
2. Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the text layer to select text.
3. Delete the text layer.
4. Press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V respectively to copy and paste the layer.
5. Create a new file of 2×2 pixels. The default file name is “Untitled-1”.
6. Use the zoom tool to enlarge "Untitled-1" to the maximum, then select the pencil tool, set the brush size to 1 pixel, and use black to draw the effect as shown.
7. Click the "Define Pattern" option under the edit menu to define "Pattern 5".
