1. Open the original image material and create an unlock. Then duplicate the background layer.
2. Create a Curves adjustment layer, darken it slightly, and set the parameters as shown below.
3. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer and adjust the entire image. The parameter settings are as shown below.
4. Create a color balance adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown below.
5. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust the neutral color. The parameter settings are as shown below.
6. Create a new layer, fill it with #d7b26c, change the layer blending mode to "Overlay", and change the opacity to: 56%.
7. Open the cloud material shown in the picture below, drag it in, and place it on top of the original image. Change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light", add a layer mask, erase everything except the sky, and merge it. All layers.
8. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust the black color. The parameter settings are as shown below.
