It can be seen from the renderings that the author has profound PS skills, and the character processing is very classic. The artistic conception of black and white ink painting brings out the pure beauty of the characters. Light ink stroke decoration can highlight the artistic beauty of the picture.

1. First, after opening a picture, it is best to go to "Layer" - "Copy Layer" to copy the original picture, and then close the little eyes in front of the original layer. The following steps are all after copying. Operate on a new copy of the layer, so that even if it is changed, the original layer will still be there.
In this picture, MM is leaning on a stone bench, so her body is a little tilted. We use tools such as "Free Transform" to try to adjust her properly.
2. First use "Edit"-"Free Transform" (shortcut key "ctrl+T") to adjust the position of the character.
3. Use the "Lasso Tool" to select the skirt, use "ctrl+T" to transform freely, and use tools such as "Transform" in "Edit" - "Transform" to transform the skirt horizontally.
4. Select the characters. Because the character is generally red and clearly different from the background, we use the "Quick Selection Tool" to make it faster.
(The first option is to create a new selection, the second option is to add a selection, which is equivalent to holding down Shift at the same time, and the third option is to subtract from the selection, which is equivalent to holding down the Alt key at the same time. After selecting the selection, click the " Adjust Edge" to further adjust the selection)
After selecting, click "Add Layer Mask" to hide the unselected parts with a mask.
5. Create a new all-white layer (Layer 2) and place it below.
6. Create a new "Black and White" adjustment layer and change the color of the entire image to black and white.
