Final rendering:
1. Use Photoshop to open this photo of a beautiful girl singing in karaoke, then create a new layer, and then use the pen tool to draw a path of a dazzling halo on the arm of the beautiful girl singing in karaoke.
2. Select the brush tool on the toolbar and set the size and hardness of the brush.
3. Click to come to the path panel, click the path stroke button at the bottom of the panel to stroke the path, and then use the eraser tool to erase the unnecessary area, so that the halo looks like it goes around the back of the beauty's arm.
4. Double-click to open the layer style of the layer where the path is located, then select the outer glow and inner glow styles, and set them by referring to the parameters in the figure below.
