Production process:
1. Open the non-mainstream picture that needs to be adjusted, right-click and copy (or CTRL+J) the background layer, and then temporarily hide the copied layer.
2. Click "Create new fill or adjustment layer" at the bottom of the layers panel to create a hue/saturation adjustment layer.
3. Then create a color balance adjustment layer and set the levels to -20, +20, +50.
4. Next, create a curve adjustment layer. The parameters are shown in the picture below.
5. Then we create a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
6. Create a selected color adjustment layer again, cyan: -10, +20, +24, 0; blue: +20, 0, +10, 0; neutral color: (black) +5; black: (black) + 5.
7. First load the blue channel into the selection, and then create a curve adjustment layer. See the parameters below.
8. Create a brightness/contrast adjustment layer with a brightness of 0 and a contrast of +10.
9. Create a new layer and execute CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E to stamp the visible layer, and then perform simple skin smoothing and softening on the image.
10. Display the previously hidden background copy layer, then drag it to the top of all layers, and then set its blending mode to Soft Light and its opacity to about 25%.
11. Create a new layer and stamp it visible, go to Filter-Render-Lighting Effects, set the opacity to 50%, then add a layer mask, and use the black brush tool to erase the overexposed areas on the mask.
12. Create a new layer and apply a good-looking brush.
13. Create the layer again and add the required text.
