1. Create a background layer, fill it with light yellow, create a new layer, use the pen tool to outline the eyes, turn it into a selection, press Ctrl + Alt + D to feather 1 pixel, and then fill it with color: #7F7665.
2. Draw the upper eyelids in the same way.
3. Draw the eyeball, create a new layer and use the Elliptical Marquee Tool, hold down Ctrl and draw a small perfect circle, and then fill it with dark brown.
