Final rendering:
1. Open the two material pictures of the wine bottle and water splash prepared above with PS, drag the water splash into the image where the wine bottle is, then execute CTRL+J to copy the layer where the water splash is, and then hide one of the layers. Up and change the blending mode of the other one to Screen.
2. Refer to the picture below to adjust the size and position of the water splash, then use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a selection along the edge of the bottle on the water splash layer, and then right-click in the selection to select the layer to be cut.
3. Convert the cut layer to a color filter and perform a Gaussian blur of half 3 pixels on it.
4. Add a mask to the clipping layer, use a black and white radial gradient to draw the following effect on the mask, and then execute Edit-Transform-Deform.
