1. Open a photo that needs skin resurfacing, and press CTRL+J to copy the background layer, then execute Image-Adjustment-Match Color. On the pop-up settings panel, set the brightness and color intensity under the image options to 100, check Neutral.
2. If the color of the photo is wrong at this time, you can execute Edit-Blanking Match Color again, and lower the opacity to about 70% on the parameter setting panel that pops up.
3. Then execute CTRL+J on layer 1 to get a copy of the layer, and set the blending mode of this layer to Screen and the opacity to about 59%.
