1. First open a black and white photo to be colored, and then adjust the size of the photo.
2. Create a new layer and set the blending mode of this layer to Color.
3. Select the brush tool on the toolbar, and set the brush color to the color closest to the skin color, then apply it on the character's skin and adjust the brush size and layer opacity appropriately.
