There are many ways to convert characters into ink, and the basic operation methods are basically the same. Mainly using filters to create ink-like textures. Try to make the picture as simple as possible to highlight the simple beauty of ink painting.

1. Open the original image material and copy the background layer. For layer 1 do: Filter > Stylize > Find Edges.
2. Execute: Image > Adjustment > Desaturate on the background and layer 1 respectively. The purpose is to make a black and white ink portrait first.
3. For layer 1, go to Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options. In the pop-up dialog box, select "Mixed Color Band" as gray. Split the color slider of the next layer to the appropriate position (method: hold down the "Alt" key and drag the right half of the slider with the mouse).
4. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp the layer to get layer 2, and then change the layer blending mode to "Linear Light". And reduce the "padding" percentage appropriately.
5. Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E to stamp the layer to get layer 3, and then change the layer blending mode to "Overlay". Then execute: Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur, the value is 10.
