Let’s take a look at the effect first:
Step 1: Create a new document of 300x300 pixels. Fill a soft gradient background.
Step 2: Then create a new group "Vinyl Records", create a new layer "Vinyl Disk" within the group, and fill the layer with dark gray (#111111).
Step 3: Apply a filter effect to this layer: Filter > Noise > Add Noise. The parameter settings are as follows:Step 4: Continue to apply Filter > Blur > Radial Blur, and set the parameters as shown below:
Step 5: Duplicate the "Vinyl Disk Surface" layer just now, rename it to "Vinyl Disk Surface Adjustment Layer", change the blending mode to "Overlay", and finally adjust the brightness/contrast (currently it looks dark).
Step 6: Select the Ellipse Tool in the Shape Tool (U). Remember to select the shape, not the path, so that we can align the layers later. The filling color can be arbitrary, as long as it can distinguish the background and facilitate our identification. Then align it to the center of the entire canvas. Then duplicate this "mask layer" and reduce the resulting "mask layer copy" to 5% of its size to get the hole in the center. Copy this path to the "Mask Layer" path and use the Boolean operations of the shape tool (except overlapping shapes) to get the merged shape.
