final effect
1. Create a new file of 600 * 600 pixels and fill the background with white. Create a new layer and select the Pen Tool to outline the selection shown in the image below. Select half of the selection first so that the outline will be more symmetrical. Fill the selection with black.

Copy the finished graphic to one layer, execute: Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontally, then connect the two parts and merge them into one layer, the effect is as shown below. <Figure 2>3. Create a new layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to pull out the elliptical selection shown in Figure 3, and fill it with white. After pressing Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, add a layer mask and use a black and white linear gradient to pull out the transparent effect below as shown in Figure 4.

<Figure 5>5. Create a new layer, use a pen to outline the selection shown in the picture below, feather it appropriately and fill it with white.

<Figure 7>7. Create a new layer, use the Elliptical Marquee Tool to pull out the selection shown in Figure 8, fill it with color: #D7D9D8, then select the Burn Tool, and darken the top and surrounding parts. The effect is as shown in Figure 9.
<Figure 8> <Figure 9>8. Bring up the selection of the eyeball and execute: Select > Modify > Shrink. The value is 2. After confirmation, create a new layer and fill it with white. Then move the selection a little to the lower left, as shown in Figure 11, and press Delete to delete. After canceling the selection, add a layer mask and use a black and white linear gradient to bring out the lower transparency effect, as shown in Figure 12.
