1. First, choose a picture. I will use the picture above.
2. Go to the Layers Panel - Create a new adjustment layer - Curves, and point any point on the line. Enter 29 and output 49. Now, click another point on the same line. Enter 201 and output 217.
3. Layer Panel - Create a new adjustment layer - Selective Color, select Absolute. Enter neutral colors: -11,-4,-10,+5, black: 0,0,0,+10
4. Duplicate the background layer, drag the duplicated layer onto all layers, and set the blending mode to Soft Light and the opacity to 35%.
