This example mainly introduces how to use the layered cloud filter in Photoshop to create a fantasy nebula scene. During the production, tools such as adding noise, color levels, color balance, and layer styles were also used.

Operation steps:
1. First create a new document with a black background, then select the "Filter - Noise - Add Noise" command, set the amount to "20%", the distribution to "Gaussian distribution", and monochrome, as shown in the figure.
Add a noise effect:
2. Select the "Image - Adjustment - Levels" command in the menu bar to adjust the input level, as shown in the figure.
Adjust the color levels effect:
3. Create a new layer, then select the "Filter-Rendering-Layered Clouds" command, and then press the Ctrl+F shortcut key twice to repeatedly execute the layered clouds command. The effect is as shown in the figure.
4. Select the "Layer - Layer Style - Blending Options" command in the menu bar, and then set it as shown in the figure below.
5. Next, color the clouds. Select the "Image-Adjustment-Color Balance" command to open the color balance dialog box and make the settings shown in the figure below.
6. Create a new layer and fill it with black as shown in the picture.
7. Refer to the method in the previous step to add a layered cloud effect, as shown in the picture.
8. Set the blending mode of layer 2 to "Hue", as shown in the picture.
