final effect
1. Open the original image, use ctrl+j to copy a layer, set the mode to Screen, and the opacity to 26%. This step mainly involves adjusting the brightness.
2. Create a new layer, ctrl+shift+Alt+e to stamp the layer, filter-noise-reduce noise, the parameters are as shown in the figure. Then enable Quick Mask and use a black brush to erase the character's facial features.
3. Create a new layer and stamp the layer. Select the smudge tool with a 6 pixel brush and a strength of 21%. Carefully smear the white part of the eye to make it look more natural.
4. Duplicate a layer with ctrl+j, select the smudge tool, set the brush to 5 pixels, and set the intensity to 32%. Apply around the upper eyelid line (see the red circle) to prepare for the next step of drawing double eyelids.
5. Create a new blank layer with a black background and a 3-pixel brush. Use a pen to draw the eyelid line path (as shown in Figure 1), right-click on the stroke path, and check Simulate Pressure. The method for applying the two layers of eyelid lines is the same, that is, the brush is 2 pixels (the middle eyelid line is a white brush, Figure 2).
6. Create a new blank layer and draw the lower eyelid line. The drawing method is the same as the eyelid line. I won’t go into details here. The difference is that the transparency should be lowered, about 30%.
7. Create a new layer and perform stamping layer. Create a new blank layer, select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, feather it by 2 pixels, set the background color to black, and fill it with Alt+Enter. Create a new layer, select-Modify-Shrink 2 pixels, and fill it with brown. Don't cancel the selection, create a new layer and fill it with black. As shown in the picture:
8. On layer 3, execute Filter-Noise-Add Noise. The parameters are as shown in Figure 1. Then execute Filter-Blur-Radial Blur, the parameters are as shown in Figure 2. Finally, press ctrl+f twice to get the effect as shown in the big picture:
9. Select Overlay mode for layer 3, set the fill to 78%, then click out the eyes in front of layer 3, select layer 2, and use the smudge tool to smear. The effect is as shown in Figure 3:
10. Click on the eyes of layer 3 to get the effect as shown in Figure 1. Create a new blank layer with a white background. Use a 2-pixel brush to draw highlights on the eyeballs (as shown in Figure 2). Use the smudge tool to smear it appropriately.
11. Merge all the eye layers made previously (as shown in Figure 1) and name it left eye. ctrl+j Duplicate a layer and name it right eye (as shown in Figure 2). Use the move tool to move the left eye to the right eye. Press ctrl+t to change the size and position (as shown in Figure 3).
12. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, use the smudge tool to smear around the upper eyelid line (Picture 1), use the pen path to draw a path (Picture 2), right-click the stroke path, set the brush to 2 pixels, and simulate Turn on the pressure hook, draw the eyelashes, and blur them with Gaussian. The parameters are as shown in Figure 3.
13. Use ctrl+j to copy a layer, select the move tool, hold the left eyelashes on the right eye, press ctrl+free transformation, flip it horizontally, adjust the size and position (Figure 1), and get the effect as shown in Figure 2:
14. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, select the smear tool (parameters as shown in Figure 1), smear the nose more naturally (as shown in Figure 2), and then use a pen to draw the edge path of the nose (as shown in Figure 3), with the brush set to 2 Pixel, right-click the stroke path, select Burn in the photo frame, and do not check Simulate pressure, as shown in Figure 4:
15. Copy a layer with ctrl+j, use the pen tool to draw the edge path of the mouth (as shown in Figure 1), press ctrl+Enter to turn it into a selection, then press ctrl+j to get a mouth layer, and perform Gaussian blur (the parameters are as shown in the figure) 2), as shown in Figure 3:
16. Use ctrl+j to copy a layer, select the smudge tool (parameters as shown in Figure 1), and smear on the lips to make the lips delicate and natural. Be careful to combine the use of the dodge tool.
17. Use the pen tool to draw the path of the middle line of the lips (Figure 1), right-click the stroke path to deepen it (Figure 2). Create a new blank layer with a white background. Use a pen to draw the highlight path, stroke the path (as shown in Figure 3), blur it with Gaussian, set the radius to 0.9 pixels, and the transparency to 40%. The result is as shown in Figure 4:
