The effects in this tutorial are basically done using hue/saturation. In order to retain more image details, the author only makes adjustments on the same layer. First adjust the overall color, and then use the selection to select the local color that needs to be adjusted. The method is very good.

1. First open the picture. Execute: Image-Adjustments-Auto Levels. It's a good habit to auto-level your images before creating them. Then press Ctrl + U to adjust Hue/Saturation and select yellow: Saturation -100, Lightness +100. Of course, you can also choose other colors you like.
2. Press Ctrl + U to adjust hue/saturation, select green, and lightness +100.
3. Roughly select the red rose part in the upper right corner, as shown below. Press Ctrl + U to adjust Hue/Saturation, select red, and Lightness +100.
