1. Open the picture. We see that the edges of the car are relatively regular, so I chose to use the pen tool to cut out the car (of course, you can also cut out the car in any way you find convenient).
2. Use the magnetic lasso tool to select the parts that need to be changed.
3. I want to change the color of the car to pink, so set the foreground color to: #ff00ff.
4. Create a new layer, set the layer blending mode to "Color", hold down Alt+Delete to fill, the effect is as follows:
5. Now we see that the color is very unnatural, execute Image-Adjustment-Match Color, check Neutral, and set as shown below:
