Quickly create a personalized photo frame with Photoshop

This tutorial mainly uses the wind effect in the filter to make a small decorative photo frame. The production process is quite simple, and the effect is good and worth learning!

1. Create a new 400px * 550px file and fill the background with black. Create a new layer. Use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a small rectangle on the right side of the layer and fill it with white as shown in Figure 1.

2. Select the menu: Filter > Stylization > Wind parameter settings as shown in Figure 2, and the effect as shown in Figure 3

<Figure 3> 3. Select the menu: Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic parameter settings as shown in Figure 4. After confirmation, select the menu: Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen and then press Ctrl + F 5 times, the effect is as shown in Figure 5
