1. Make preliminary adjustments to the photos:
Before adding clouds, make preliminary adjustments to your photo. First, use the Levels tool to view the histogram and adjust the grayscale of the photo. Then make adjustments to the character. Use the liquify tool to modify character lines, such as face, arms, waist, etc. Then process some details in the skin and figure, and then brighten the photo.
2. Improve transparency:
Photos taken near water require higher transparency. Due to the weather, the transparency of this picture is not enough. To this end, add a photo filter adjustment layer and select the cyan filter, as shown in the picture.

3. Adjust details:
Select the white skirt part, add a Levels adjustment layer, select the blue channel, and adjust the output levels. Select Multiply as the layer blending mode, and the opacity can be adjusted appropriately according to the picture conditions and personal preferences.
Then use the Lasso tool to select the dark parts of the image and use the Curves tool to adjust the dark parts.

Appropriate stamps can be stamped during the operation, so that a series of operations can be better retained, making it easier to make fine adjustments later. Below is a comparison of photos before and after the adjustment.

4. Add clouds:
After the picture has been retouched, the color tone has become much softer throughout the day. However, due to the color of the sky, the picture still cannot get rid of the gray tone. Next add clouds to the image. After adding clouds, in order to make the overall effect of the picture stronger and the connection more natural, the tone of the picture needs to be adjusted again.

Drag in the appropriate cloud image, adjust the blending mode to Multiply, use the Lasso tool to select the parts that need to be deleted, and delete them in the layer mask. (The layer part can be slowly erased with the brush tool.)

Use the Lasso tool to select the skin part of the character, and use the Curve tool to adjust the skin tone to be consistent with the environment tone.

6. Use the optional primary color to select red, the method is absolute, and adjust the black to make the character's skin thicker. Pay attention to the rose part.

Use the optional color to select white, the method to select Absolute, and adjust the yellow to blend the white skirt into the environment, making the photo tones more natural and harmonious.

8. Use the Lasso tool to select the dark parts of the face and arms, and use the Curve tool to adjust the dark parts evenly.

Use Selective Color to select Yellow, Method to select Absolute, and adjust Yellow to make the color of the photo more uniform.
