First, create a new 400×400 pixel file with a black background in Photoshop, and then apply the "lens flare" rendering filter. The effect is as follows:
Then press Ctrl+A to select all, then press Ctrl+C to copy, then create a 800*800 file, press Ctrl+V to paste, and then execute the mural art effect filter, the effect is as shown below:
