1. Create a new document, here I use 600*600 pixels. Create a new layer and fill it with white, name it "Blocks". Then execute Filter-Stylize-Extrude, and the settings are as follows:

2. Execute the Image-Adjustment-Levels command. The specific settings are as shown in the figure below:

3. Execute Image-Adjustment-Reverse. At this time, your picture should be similar to the picture below:

4. Now we are going to add a real 3D space effect to it. Go to Filter-Blur-Radial Blur. Set quantity to 100, method and quality to scale and best respectively. The result is shown below:

5. Then execute Layer-New Fill Layer-Gradient. Set the gradient color to red, green, and cyan. Then set the layer blending mode to Overlay, and the result is as shown below:

6. Create a new layer group on the gradient fill layer and name it "Lights". Then select the Line tool and set the line color to white. Then create straight lines at the edges of the cube, and the result is as shown below:

7. Merge all the straight line layers and then execute Filter-Blur-Radial Blur, set the Amount to 40, set the Method and Quality to Scale and Best respectively. The settings are as shown below:
